MARCH 10- BATH HALF MARATHON

Extreme Allstars were chosen as the official CLIC Sargent cheerleaders for the Bath Half Marathon 2010. Extreme Allstars were cheering from the top of an open top bus, a great position where all the runners could be cheered, positioned along Lower Bristol Road. Extreme Allstars were non-stop for 3 hours straight cheering on all the amazing 11,000 runners.

APRIL 09- COMPETITION SUCCESS

On 11th April 2009 Extreme Allstars travelled to Telford to enter our first every competition, the BCA Midland Classic.

The squad entered Senior Cheer level 2, the biggest division of the whole competition, against 16 other squads. Practice went prefect and a great routine was performed on the competition floor.

After hours of nervously waiting for the results, everyone was feeling confident about the performance, however as there were so many experienced squads in the division we weren't sure if we'd place.

When the results came, everyone was extremely happy and proud to receive Extreme Allstars very first trophy, coming 6th place out of 17 squads in their very first competition!

Well done everyone, Claire & Jo are very proud of you!

JAN 09- GRANT SUCCESS!

Extreme Allstars received a grant from the Big Stash to purchase their very own professional flexi-roll cheerleading mats.

Extreme Allstars previously received a grant from the Big Stash in Nov 07 for set up costs of the squad. Extreme Allstars presented their 'mat bid' to the panel, who were so impressed with the progress of the squad, that they awarded Extreme Allstars the whole grant of just over £3,200!

Flexi-roll cheer mats are used at every cheerleading competition throughout the UK, therefore Extreme Allstars are able to train on a professional, safe surface enabling them to progress successfully as a squad.
